Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of all services and digital products provided by DroneCam Studio. By accessing or purchasing from DroneCam Studio, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or purchase our products.

1. SERVICES PROVIDED

DroneCam Studio offers:

  1. Custom Services – including aerial videography, photography, content creation, editing, and related production services.

  2. Digital Products – including stock footage, LUTs, presets, and other downloadable files.

    Additional agreements may apply to custom projects and will be provided when relevant.

2. PAYMENT TERMS

  • Prices for Services and digital products are listed at the time of purchase or as outlined in a project proposal.

  • Full payment is required before any final deliverables, footage, or digital files are released.

  • Failure to pay may result in cancellation, delay, or withholding of deliverables.

3. REFUND POLICY

  • 3.1 Digital Products — No Refunds

  • All sales of stock footage, LUTs, presets, and other digital files are final.
    Once downloaded or purchased, no refunds, exchanges, or credits are provided, except where required by law.

  • 3.2 Custom Services — Conditional Refunds

  • Refunds for custom video or photography services may be issued only when both parties agree in writing or when required by law.
    If work has already begun, partial refunds may be reduced by production time, planning, or expenses already incurred.

4. LICENSING OF DIGITAL PRODUCTS

  • When you purchase stock footage or a preset, you receive a single, non-exclusive, perpetual license to use it as follows:

  • You ARE allowed to:

  • Use the footage or presets for your business or brand

  • Use in paid advertising, social media, websites, presentations, client work, or commercial projects

  • Edit, modify, or combine the product with other media

  • You are NOT allowed to:

  • Resell, redistribute, or repackage the footage or presets

  • Claim the digital product as your own

  • Sell it as part of another stock library, preset bundle, or digital collection

  • This license applies to all digital products unless stated otherwise.

5. OWNERSHIP & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All custom project deliverables, raw footage, stock footage, digital downloads, and presets remain the intellectual property of DroneCam Studio unless a different agreement is signed.

  • Clients receive usage rights, not ownership, unless explicitly granted.

  • You may not copy, distribute, or share any material beyond what is allowed under the license.

6. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

  • DroneCam Studio provides all Services and digital products “as-is” and “as-available.”​

  • We do not guarantee:

  • uninterrupted performance

  • error-free downloads

  • suitability for a specific purpose

  • compatibility with third-party software

  • You are responsible for ensuring the products meet your needs before purchase.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • DroneCam Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

  • lost profits

  • data loss

  • business interruption

  • inability to use the Services or products

  • Our total liability to you will never exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific Service or digital product.

8. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

  • We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time.
    Updated versions will be posted on our website and become effective immediately.

  • Continued use of the Services indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. GOVERNING LAW

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
    Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Vancouver, BC.

10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

  • These Terms represent the full agreement between you and DroneCam Studio.
    They replace any prior discussions or understandings.
