Terms of Service
This Terms of Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is made between DroneCamStudio and you as a user of the services. By using or accessing any of the services, you agree that you have read, understood, and consent to be bound by the terms outlined below. If you disagree with any of these terms, do not use the services.
Services
DroneCam Studio offers various services, including but not limited to aerial videography, photography, and digital content production (collectively referred to as the "Services"). Additional terms may apply to specific services, and those will be provided separately when relevant.

Refund Policy
By using the Services, you understand and agree that DroneCam Studio does not offer refunds unless explicitly stated in a separate agreement or as required by applicable law. Once payment is made for the Services, it is final and non-refundable.

Payment Terms
All payments for Services are due as per the agreed terms and pricing. You agree to settle all fees outlined in your payment agreement or invoice. Full payment is required before any content or deliverables are provided. Failure to pay promptly may lead to suspension or cancellation of the Services.

Ownership of Intellectual Property
All intellectual property related to the Services, including but not limited to footage, designs, trademarks, and other materials, remains the property of DroneCam Studio or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any content without prior written consent.

Warranty Disclaimer
DroneCam Studio provides all Services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. No guarantees, whether express or implied, are made regarding the quality, accuracy, or suitability of the Services for any particular needs. There is no warranty that the Services will operate without interruption or errors.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, DroneCam Studio, its affiliates, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Services. This applies regardless of the nature of the claim, whether contractual, in tort, or otherwise.

Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DroneCam Studio, its employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) that arise out of the use of the Services or breach of this Agreement.

Changes to Terms
DroneCam Studio reserves the right to modify or update the terms of this Agreement at any time without prior notice. The updated Agreement will become effective immediately upon posting to the website or otherwise notifying users. Continued use of the Services after any changes indicates acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by and interpreted under the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes related to this Agreement will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.

Full Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and DroneCam Studio regarding the Services, and it supersedes any previous agreements or understandings.
